Flying
Cabin liquids are limited by the carrier and the airport on container size and the bag they go in — the essential liquids are decanted within those limits and travel in the cabin; the rest is checked in a hard case with the palettes and tools, wrapped so pans do not crack. Aerosols and some sprays may be restricted; the carrier's list is checked before the flight, not at the counter. The kit is never entirely in one bag: the matched bases, the lashes, the liners and the light's battery are in the cabin, so a lost suitcase does not lose the bride's face.
On site
- Ask the venue for a room with a window, a socket, a table and a chair at the right height; a mirror is brought if it is not there.
- Water: bottled water for sponges and the airbrush; a kettle for warm cloths.
