Chhaya Shankar Makeup Academy (“we”, “us”) runs this website for our professional makeup training academy in Jaipur. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have kept it short because what we do with your data is genuinely simple.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our enrollment form, we collect:

• Your name and phone number (required so we can reply);
• Your email address (optional);
• The course you are interested in and your preferred training mode (in Jaipur or online);
• Any message you choose to write;
• The page you enquired from and, if you arrived via a marketing link, its standard campaign tags — this tells us which of our pages and campaigns are useful.

To protect the form from spam, our server briefly checks your IP address to limit repeated submissions. The IP address is not stored with your enquiry. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email instead, we receive whatever you choose to share there.

This website does not require an account, does not take online payments, and does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use your details

We use your details for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and helping you enrol in the right course. That means calling, messaging or emailing you back on the contact details you gave us, and keeping a record of the enquiry so we know your goals when we speak.

Where your details are stored

Enquiries are stored in our secure, access-controlled database and are visible only to the small team that handles admissions. We keep them for as long as they are useful for serving you; you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third-party marketers. Full stop.

Third-party services on this site

Some parts of the site are provided by companies with their own privacy policies:

• Instagram and YouTube — we display photos from our Instagram feed and link to our social profiles; opening a post or profile takes you to those platforms.
• Google Maps — where we link to our location, the map opens on Google, which may collect usage data under Google’s privacy policy.
• WhatsApp — our chat buttons open WhatsApp. Anything you send there is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. Just contact us using the details below and we will sort it out.
